The invention can be used to treat diabetes using integrated optical radiation and electromagnetic field therapy. Complex device with therapeutic effect comprises a band, which in the middle has fixed a body, in which is embedded infrared s ource, an amber color radiation source, a control unit, modulator with memory for recording control signals, and focusing optical system. Electromagnets are fixed in a band symmetrically with respect to a body. New is that the device has two pairs of electrodes and connected to an amplifier and in body is built-in low frequency amplifier, which is synchronously controlled by a modulator. One pair of electrodes built-in a body within the symmetric optical focusing system, the other pair of electrodes mounted on the tape , in an opposite side of the body .
